graco line machine iv5900

In February 2013, the Public Works Department of the Ministry of Public Works & Housing in St. Kitts, took delivery of a new professional Graco Line Lazer IV 5900 Airless 2-Gun Line Striper, which allows painting of precise and consistent lines on their roads.

This latest acquisition will greatly enhance their operations as the PWD continue to upgrade their fleet of equipment.

The 2-Gun Sprayer dispenses acrylic paint and is also equipped with a Line Driver and Dual Glass Bead Dispenser.

The Line Driver HD connects to the striper via a hitch system and allows the operator to sit comfortably while doubling production times, maintaining control and consistency, extending working hours due to poor light and carrying extra supplies while on the job.

The Dual Glass Bead Dispenser comes with the EZ Bead kit and dispenses small reflective glass beads over the surface of the wet paint, in one pass.  These beads add reflectivity at night when automobile lights hit them and therefore enhances visibility and safety.

The PWD team received a day of hands-on training from Graco's top engineer.  The local team was given thorough training in operations and maintenance with two team members having responsibility for the new Line Striper.

The St. Kitts PWD is in the process of upgrading their capital equipment and NSG is proud to be associated with this programme.

NSG provides freight handling from port to port, on-site training & commissioning, a package of spare parts for each piece of equipment and After Sales care, including warranty access and provision.
